Building Capability — Beta Review
Thank you for being a beta reader. Your notes will help shape the final book before it goes to print. Read each chapter at whatever pace suits you, and leave notes as you go — one note at a time is better than saving everything for the end. You can submit as many notes as you like on any chapter.
Building Capability
Twelve chapters. One argument: efficiency keeps you in the same race. Capability building changes which race you're in.
- Chapter 1: Make It More Efficient Is Not a Strategy
- Chapter 2: What You Actually Have (And What You Don't Know You Have)
- Chapter 3: The Opportunity Audit
- Chapter 4: Thinking Big Before You Build Small
- Chapter 5: Finding the Highest Value Entry Point
- Chapter 6: The Proof of Value
- Chapter 7: Capability Builds on Capability
- Chapter 8: Technology Is the Last Decision, Not the First
- Chapter 9: Your People Are Not Obstacles. They're the Point.
- Chapter 10: Leadership Is Direction, Not Control
- Chapter 11: Don't Let It Plateau
- Chapter 12: The Long Game
How to give feedback
Read each chapter as you normally would. When something sparks a thought — a question, a reaction, a correction, a suggestion — click into the feedback panel and jot it down. You don’t need to hold it until the end of the chapter.
Each note you submit goes straight to Robin and is tagged to this chapter and version, so nothing gets lost. There’s no right length for a note. “This confused me” is as useful as a paragraph.
If you want to leave feedback on the same passage twice, just submit twice.
